1. 2 eggs.
2. 1/2-3/4 cup of milk.
3. 1/2 tbs ground black pepper.
4. 8 slices toast bread.
5. 250 g cheese.
6. 4 slices ham or 100g sliced salami.
7. chilli powder to season.
how to do it.
1. beat the egg, milk and pepper together.
2. spread the cheese on the slices of bread and top it with salami. Top other slices to make bread.
3. heat butter on a frying pan.
4. when the pan is hot dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and coat it.
5. cook over a moderate heat until it is golden.
6. flip other sides until golden.
7. repeat the same for other sandwiches as well.
now, it is ready to serve, if you want to make it more lively serve with a fresh friut juice.
